The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Royal Reign, powered by Rebel Sports. Royal Reign operates this website, online store, and related services, including all information, content, products, tools, and services available through this site.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Royal Reign specializes in custom apparel, uniforms, team gear, decorated merchandise, and made-to-order products.

Because many products are custom manufactured:

  • colors may vary slightly between screens and physical products

  • artwork placement may vary slightly

  • sizing may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances

  • mockups are digital representations and may differ slightly from final production

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 — ORDER APPROVALS

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • artwork

  • logos

  • spelling

  • colors

  • sizing

  • roster information

  • quantities

  • personalization

before final approval is submitted.

Once custom artwork or production approvals are finalized:

  • orders may not be canceled

  • changes may not be possible

  • additional fees may apply

Royal Reign is not responsible for errors that were present on approved proofs, mockups, or order forms.

SECTION 4 — PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All orders must be paid according to the terms listed on invoices, online checkout, or approved sales agreements.

Shipping, taxes, and customization charges may apply separately unless otherwise stated.

Failure to complete payment may delay production or shipment.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Royal Reign currently ships only within the United States.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Royal Reign is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather

  • supply chain disruptions

  • approval delays

  • production volume

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please review our Refund Policy for complete return and refund information.

Because many Royal Reign products are custom-made or personalized:

  • custom products are generally non-returnable

  • decorated apparel may not be returned unless defective

  • approved custom orders are non-refundable once production begins

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including:

  • logos

  • graphics

  • mockups

  • product designs

  • images

  • text

  • branding

  • layout

is the property of Royal Reign and/or Rebel Sports and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may contain links or integrations with third-party providers, including Shopify and payment processors.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites.

SECTION 9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Reign and Rebel Sports shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • incidental damages

  • consequential damages

  • lost profits

  • delays

  • production interruptions

  • customization errors approved by customer

  • shipping delays

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 10 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Reign, Rebel Sports, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims arising from:

  • misuse of products

  • violation of these Terms

  • infringement of third-party rights

  • submitted artwork or logos you do not own rights to use

SECTION 11 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State in which Rebel Sports operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 12 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
