At Royal Reign, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for your program. Because of this, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Tags must still be attached

Item must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Due to the custom nature of our business, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or order error:

Once custom items are approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Exchanges
Because many items are custom-produced, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
For eligible non-custom products, the fastest option is typically:

Place a new order for the replacement item
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days after inspection.
